Brought my puppy here several times over the last 2 years. She was giving us signs that something was wrong at 5 1/2 months old. No one knew what what wrong and was told she had allergies. I've been going here for 25 years and will never go back. Brought this dog here on September 23rd because she was so sick once again. She was given medication for a upset stomach. Brought her to a emergency hospital 6 hours later with pneumonia. She was in the hospital for 3 days until she lost her fight for her life. She just turned 2 on August 16th. I right this review in memory of my pup "Maddie" I feel she deserve better medical attention with the symptoms she had over the last two years. I wish now I would of brought her somewhere else. Update : 10/19/2017 My wife and I decided to adopt another dog. We drove to Kansas City to pick her up. We also decided to change the care for her. We went to Mission Animal Hospital in Eden Prairie. There a Non- Profit Organization and we were really please with the care our new dog got. They got a 5 star rating from us on Google.

their policies aren't customer and pet focused. I had started going there, but when an emergency presented itself and they weren't accommodating I switched all of my animals back to their old vet, who is much more expensive but is very accommodating and when a pet needs to be seen that day they work them in. (in response to your post, no there was no offer to have her stay, the only offer that was given was to have her come back another day, and I did have someone lined up to come there, but as I stated I was only offered to bring her the following day, which since she's in pain was not an option)
